Because we love Election Day here at the Tort, anyone who either wears their “I VOTED” sticker on Tuesday, November 6^th, or says “VOTE” to the spunky cashier will get a free taco—no strings attached. Woo-hoo!

So come on out and celebrate Election Day with us; it’s always a really busy and fun day at California Tortilla. And even though you don’t have to wear your “I VOTED” sticker, please do. I like to know who my fellow superior people are. Because we do feel superior with our little stickers on, don’t we, people?

SPEAKING OF THE ELECTION…

According to the Presidential Burrito Bowl contest, President Obama will win another term as president. The burrito bowl numbers don’t lie. Unless of course you’re reading this on November 7^th and Governor Romney is our next president. Then they totally lie.

AND IN PLACE OF THE PRESIDENTIAL BURRITO BOWLS?

The non-partisan Teriyaki Chicken Bowl! Mexican rice, grilled chicken, Teriyaki sauce, stir-fry vegetables, grilled pineapple spears, chopped green onions.

And how good is our chili? It’s the best chili EVER. That’s how good it is. I love, love, love it. It’s great by itself or with sour cream and cheese (what’s not good with sour cream and cheese?)—it‘s really fabulous however you have it. And as we learned a few paragraphs ago, I’m one of the superior people, so you need to listen to me.
